I actually really loved this story. I work with kids so I guess a part of me can really relate. Sometimes, if a customer is really nice I will gladly reason with them and help them get what they want. If they come in with a sour attitude and fail to treat me like a human being then I instantly tense up, tell them I am the Manager and there is nothing I can do for them. Some parents are just really pushy and part of me enjoys telling them I can’t accommodate them. I truly hate when they try to make everything better rather than letting me do my job. That is usually when things tend to go bad or fall apart. I do support the doctor using force to get the answers he needed because that is his job. Maybe it wouldn't have been that bad if the parents would have taken her to the hospital to being with.
