This was such an incredible poem. I honestly could not believe the tenant was held accountable. Technically the tenant did make a threat, but isn’t it a law that landlord are to repair the property? I would think it would be even more important if there were a hazard like the stairs. It is just ridiculous how unfair life was because of the color of your skin.
