I absolutely loved this poem. I know his message was to create equality for the Blacks, but it can also be used for so much today. Anyone that is being discriminated against in any way can use this as a platform. We cannot become a great country if there are close-minded people preventing us from doing so and I feel he portrayed that message perfectly.
